Companions in Christ

Companions in Christ is a spiritual-formation group which has been meeting at the church for most of the past quarter. The group covenants to meet once a week and do various spiritual exercises every day. Including an opening session and a closing retreat, there are 28 meetings of the group. We have explored The Word, having scripture address our lives, Prayer, various ways of opening our hearts to God in prayer, we are beginning to deal with our Calling to serve God and our neighbor, next we will explore Spiritual Guidance, forming ourselves into a spiritual group. Although we have -- necessarily -- been dealing with aspects of that last since the beginning.
